Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

We accept payment via the methods available at checkout (credit/debit cards and other options). Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including if we believe an order was placed fraudulently or in error. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

Custom and Personalized Orders

For custom and engraved orders, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any text, initials, dates, or other details you provide at checkout. We will produce your item based exactly on the information entered.

We may reach out before production begins to confirm details, especially for complex or high-value items. Responding promptly helps us meet our turnaround times.

Custom items are subject to our Refund Policy (linked below). Because they are made specifically for you, they are generally non-returnable once production begins.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product photos, copy, designs, and the MATTY|MADE name and logo — is owned by MATTY|MADE. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any content without our written permission.

Designs submitted by customers for custom orders (such as logos or artwork for engraving) must be owned by the customer or used with appropriate permission. By submitting a design, you represent that you have the right to use it.

Product Descriptions and Pricing

We make every effort to describe our products accurately. Colors and grain patterns in natural wood vary and may differ from photos. Dimensions listed are approximate.

Prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Any price changes will not affect orders already placed.

Limitation of Liability

MATTY|MADE's liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
