Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We are not able to accept international orders at this time.
Processing Time
All items at MATTY|MADE are made to order. After you place your order, please allow:
- Standard items (non-personalized): 2–4 business days to process and ship
- Custom and engraved items: 5–7 business days to engrave, finish, and ship
Processing time does not include transit time. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
For custom orders, we may reach out to confirm your engraving details before beginning. If we need clarification, production begins once you respond — so check your email after ordering.
Shipping Carriers and Transit Time
We ship via USPS (and occasionally UPS or FedEx for larger items). Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We do not charge handling fees.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at no charge for customers in or near Baltimore, MD. Pickup takes place at a location near Patterson Public House in Baltimore.
- Select Local Pickup at checkout in place of shipping
- For standard items, we'll reach out after your order is placed and paid to schedule a pickup time
- For custom or engraved items, pickup arrangements are confirmed before production begins, along with your engraving details
- We'll email you when your item is ready, and pickup must take place within 7 business days of that notice
If you can't make it within that window, email inquiries@mattymade.com and we'll work out alternate arrangements.
Damages in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the item immediately and contact us at inquiries@mattymade.com within 7 days. We'll work with you to resolve it.

Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at inquiries@mattymade.com — we'll update it if the order hasn't shipped yet.
