Thank you for shopping with MATTY|MADE. Because most of our items are made to order and personalized specifically for you, please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Custom and Personalized Items
All custom and engraved orders are final sale. Because your item is made specifically for you — with your name, date, text, or design — we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun.
We do our best to confirm all engraving details before cutting. If you have any questions about your order, reach out before placing it.
If Something Is Wrong
We stand behind everything we make. If your item arrives with:
- A defect in the wood or materials
- An error in the engraving that differs from what you ordered
- Damage that occurred during shipping
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at inquiries@mattymade.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right — either by remaking the item or issuing a full refund, at our discretion.
We do not cover errors due to incorrect information provided by the customer at checkout (misspellings in the engraving field, wrong initials, etc.). Please double-check your engraving text before completing your order.
Non-Personalized Items
For any items that are not custom or engraved, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Contact us at inquiries@mattymade.com to initiate a return.
Order Cancellations
Custom orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided production has not yet begun. After that window, cancellations are not possible as materials have been committed to your order.
To cancel, email inquiries@mattymade.com as soon as possible with your order number.
